Terms of Service

General terms

• These Terms of Service apply to all commissioned artworks, prints, digital downloads, and any other artistic services.
• I reserve the right to decline any commission or service request at my discretion.
• The client must provide all necessary references, descriptions, and details before I begin to work.

Payment & Pricing

• Payments must be made at least 50% after the brief is fully transferred and before the work begins.
• Accepted payment methods include: PayPal, domestic bank transfer.
• Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the commission without refund.

Refunds & Cancellations

• Full refunds are only available before I has started working on the commission.
• If I cancel the commission, a full refund will be issued.
• Chargebacks or unauthorized payment disputes will result in a permanent blacklist from future services.
• If the client decide to cancel the commission mid-process, NO REFUND would be made. Even if you have payed for 50% or more of it.

Revisions & Changes

• Clients are entitled to a limited number of revisions, usually up to 3 rounds. Excessive revisions may incur additional fees.
• Once the final artwork is delivered, no further revisions will be made.

Usage Rights & Copyright

• I retain full copyright and ownership of all commissioned artworks.
• Clients may use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., profile pictures, wallpapers, etc.).
• Prices on the price list is for non-commercial use comissions.
• For commercial purposed comissions, DMs me for more details.
• I reserve the right to display, post, or use the commissioned work in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials unless the client pays for a private fee (private fee = 30% the total price).
• Clients must not claim the artwork as their own, remove watermarks, or alter the work without permission.
